How to claim your offer

- If mailing, you must complete a separate mail-in form for each invoice submitted and place each in a separate envelope.

- Cartridges must be new and listed on the qualifying SKU chart. Order is not valid for refurbished or demo HP products.
- Product(s) purchased before or after the Promotion Period are not eligible for this order. Purchase date is determined by
invoice or receipt date. - Order is limited to product on hand and no substitutions with other products are allowed.
- Only purchases made by an end-user customer or a commercial business from an authorized HP reseller in the U.S. are
valid. Purchases by HP resellers and internal HP orders are ineligible. - Keep copies of materials submitted. Originals become HP property and will not be returned.
- Claims postmarked or submitted after applicable dates and incomplete or illegible submissions will be returned as ineligible.
