NeoCoN 2017: A Review of the Latest Trends in Office Furniture

Our furniture team made their annual trip to NeoCon, the office furniture industry’s largest trade show. It’s where the trends (like open offices) that shape office environment design get started.

Our furniture designers go every year to keep up with the latest in the various markets we serve – Healthcare, Retail, Education, and Government – as well as to get a sense of what our furniture manufacturer partners like Global, HON and Humanscale are up to.

They found that there is a clear continuation of last year’s big theme, the blending of office and home furniture environments. Couches, booths, enclosures, soft seating and other upholstery. Traditional work-oriented furniture has a residential feel, with lots of real wood finishes and textiles you would see more often in homes offices.

Here’s a look at what they saw at NeoCon

And remember, our designers are at your disposal to help you with all of your office furniture requirements from 1 chair to 100 as we like to say. Let them help you plan your next project. Send them an email or browse our office furniture page.
