Better Coffee Leads To Better Work Culture

Not every office can install a full-blown coffee shop complete with baristas in the breakroom, like tech company Square did:

That said, better coffee leads to better work culture, so there’s no reason you can’t do the next best thing and upgrade the coffee you do serve. We do that at Office Essentials both internally and with our customers by offering Kaldi’s Coffee. There is just something about good coffee that makes it easier to get through the work day.

If you are looking for ways to up your office’s coffee game, you’re not alone:

…one of the things that seems to be increasingly happening in workplace design is the ability of employees to get a great cup of coffee at the office.

And why is this?

The simple reason is that many people want quality coffee at some point during their day and will go to great lengths to get it.

It would be easy to say that companies desire to keep their employees at work for as long as possible, and by providing good coffee at the office, employees can work more hours.

But I’m more of the opinion that companies are trying to create a nice work environment with terrific perks, and a great side effect is that staff may end up hanging around more.
