- Why (Andrew): I thought Billie Eilish was the biggest artist of the year and this song was a perfect introduction for her style. – Andrew
- Why (Greg): I thought Billie Eilish deserved a spot on the list of top songs of 2019 due to her dominance of the charts this year, and this was my favorite track off her album.
Beer Never Broke My Heart by Luke Combs

- Why: Luke Combs had a huge year in country music and this song just has such a hook that I felt even non-country music listeners would enjoy it.

- Why: Wilderado is my favorite musical discovery of 2019. They are a blend of great songwriting, rock, a little country twang maybe, some buttery harmonies and hooks for days. This song, the only one they released in 2019, features all of those things prominently.
